How We Handle Your Information
Simple, limited, and deleted within 60 days of the event.
Fondation Mir Héritage collects registration information for one reason: so that every registered child receives a gift at our event.
What we collect
The name and email address of the parent or guardian, and the first name and age band of each child. Optionally, a mobile number, your city, your child's interests, and any accessibility needs.
Why we collect it
To send your registration confirmation, to check you in on the day, to match each child with a suitable gift, and to know how many gifts we need.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your address, your child's full name or date of birth, your income, whether you receive benefits, or any health information. We do not ask anyone to prove they need help. Nobody is assessed and nobody is turned away for not qualifying.
Who sees it
Only Fondation Mir Héritage volunteers running the gift programme, and only for this purpose. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone — not with our festival co-producers, not with sponsors, not with any other organisation.
Where it is held
Registration is managed through Zeffy, our registration platform, under an account controlled by Fondation Mir Héritage.
How long we keep it
Registration details are deleted within 60 days of the event. We keep only anonymous totals — how many children registered and attended, by age band — which contain nothing that identifies anyone.
Photographs
Any photography at our events is of the event generally. We do not photograph individual children for identification or records purposes.
We will email you about this event. We will only email you about anything else if you ticked the box asking us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — before or after the event. Email us and we will do it.
